Business Partners - Marketing Staff

Congratulations on taking the first step toward a successful future in Real Estate. The person that invited you to our website must think very highly of you. Our affiliate agents only want the best representing them on their marketing staff. Please see our Product Presentation as this is what you will be marketing if you are hired. Now that you have seen our product and the value Marquis brings to homeowners, do you think you can show our presentation and sell it? If so, please continue. If you are hired by Marquis Enterprises, your job will simply be to show our presentation and answer questions. Our product and presentation should sell itself, either the client sees the value and will buy, or they will not see the value and cannot be sold. Marquis Enterprises does not believe in the hard sell and does not encourage you to be pushy. We simply want you to show our product and answer any questions the homeowner might have. You will be paid $150 per sale, so although we do not want you to be pushy, it is in your best interest to try and close the sale. If you can sell only 2 memberships per week, that is an extra $15,000 in your pocket per year on a very part time basis. Most of our marketing staff should average about 6 per week, which is over $46,000 a year part time

There are a couple of different ways to make a sale. You can schedule appointments inside the home and make a face to face sale, which is primarily how you will make your money. We train you on this entire process. In addition to this, you can hand out your card and tell people to go to our website. If they purchase a membership from our website, the client will be asked who invited them to our website. They simply input your name and you get full commission for the sale. This means you can reach more clients and make more sales without even meeting with them.

Our structure is designed to be a stepping stone to become a successful REALTORŪ or Mortgage Broker. Some of the most difficult aspects of these industries when starting out are finding clients, competition, and monthly fees. Many new agents or brokers are part time because they still need an income to pay bills. Also, it may be hard to gain that competitive edge if you are new in the business. Monthly fees can get frustrating if you are not selling houses or closing loans.

At Marquis, you will start on the Marketing Staff of your sponsoring agent/broker who hired you. You will be selling our memberships to make money and develop your future clientele. Marquis teaches you some of the skills needed to be a successful REALTORŪ or Mortgage Broker in the future. These include time management, sales, networking, etc. Once you have sold a certain number of memberships, Marquis Enterprises will pay for your Real Estate Classes. This is a value of over $1000.

The clients you sold memberships to are now part of your book of business and when they contact us wanting to sell, buy, or refinance, we give that deal to you and you split it with your sponsoring agent. Obviously any new clients you develop are solely yours. You will then also have the opportunity to hire your own Marketing Staff through Marquis. You are much more credible now that you have a few years in the industry.
