Finding clients and selling homes is what makes you money. In order to sell homes, you need to develop a client base that trusts you with their largest asset.
Developing this client base can be difficult as the market is flooded with other brokers competing for the same client. Consequently, most new agents work only part time because they need to have another job to pay the bills while they are starting out. Many times they become unmotivated and eventually get out of the business. Marquis is here to change that and give you a competitive edge. This income allows you to work as an agent full time and focus 100% on becoming a successful broker. We do all this while still allowing you to work for any company you like. Each company is different in term of providing leads, splits, desk fees, marketing costs, training, and leadership. We feel it is crucial to align yourself with the right company for YOU, just use Marquis Enterprises as a tool to become and stay successful.
We do not encourage you to stop all other marketing strategies. Marquis realizes that some companies provide leads and have their own ways of developing business, and it is not our intention to impede your current operations.

What discounts must I provide to your members?
· 3.8% listing if seller is purchasing another home

Create your own personal marketing team:
Do you currently have over 10 people marketing for you? The answer is probably not, simply because that would create a huge cost to pay them, and they might not bring in enough business. By becoming a Marquis affiliate, we give you the opportunity to find and create your own personal marketing team. These people will be employed by us, and we pay them. We want you to focus on real estate, we will handle the marketing. Wouldn’t it be nice to have several people out in the field everyday finding and securing you clients for the future?
The people on your marketing staff receive a generous commission for selling the membership, which is what keeps them motivated to find you more clients!
Did we mention that we'll pay for your team to become a licensed broker once they have met the required goals? There isn't any better opportunity than this to begin building your own business!
Building your own franchise:
Our system allows you to successfully build a franchise of your own. The people you hire on your marketing staff desire to become just like you, a successful REALTOR®. Our system teaches your staff the necessary skills for becoming an agent such as time management, money management, networking, and getting used to commission based work. Once they have sold 200 memberships, which should take between a year and two years, we pay for their licensing. This is because as you can see in the table below, 1,248 clients might be too many for just you to handle. However, we still want you to get a commission on each and every one of these clients. So upon graduation from our training program, the people on your marketing staff will have the option to take the exam and become a licensed agent. If they select the company you are with, which we will encourage, they will then service the Marquis Members in which they have developed over the past couple years but you will split the deal or co-broker the deal. If you hire the right people, and build over the next 2 years, you will have your own Real Estate Company with a blueprint for success. Your company will be born with an enormous book of business thanks to Marquis Enterprises.
Profit Sharing Program:
The only way Marquis Enterprises makes money is by selling our memberships as we do not charge anything to our network of affiliates. Realizing this importance, we feel it is important to reward our affiliates above and beyond what any other company would do. In addition to all of the benefits listed above, Marquis will pay you a commission from each membership sold. If you run our system properly, this additional income could become pretty substantial, and best of all you do not have to do much. Remember, we do all the training of your marketing team, all you have to do is find the right people you want out representing you and securing clients for you every night. When they make a sale, we pay you $50.
So if you can add 2 key new people every month to your marketing team and they only make 2 membership sales a week, which should not be difficult if they are setting appointments, you make an extra $62,400 per year in addition to all of your current business and the business derived from our program.
You also now have 1,248 homeowners that you will receive a commission on whenever they decide to sell or buy. The people on your marketing staff can earn over $20,000 part time by only making 2 sales a week. Do you think this is enough to keep them motivated to keep selling even more than 2 per week? We sure think so.
Maintain your current image:
Marquis is a third party to these transactions. This allows you to maintain your current image in the marketplace. We do not want you to be portrayed as a discount broker.
Marquis wants you to be portrayed as a full service agent who ordinarily charges typical, honest fees but for our Marquis Members only, you are willing to provide our discounts.
Marquis wants you to continue doing business as usual, and continue charging what you normally charge, we understand you need to make a living and the money you earn is well deserved. We ask that for our members, you provide our discounts, it is that simple. This allows our members to still see you as a full service agent who is extremely valuable, and someone who is willing to provide this same value at a discount only because of their Marquis Membership.
We do the legwork:
Suppose a client purchases a membership from someone on your marketing staff. We send out newsletters and hold events every year at our expense. We are responsible for keeping in contact with these people over the years until they are ready to sell or buy. When they are ready to sell or buy, they simply go to our website or call us, and we gather all of the necessary information. This includes what they are looking to do, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, area, etc. This questionnaire also includes the necessary information to pre-qualify them for a loan.
As soon as the client is pre-approved, Marquis passes all of the information to you and gives you the opportunity to decide if you want the deal or not. If you accept it, you must abide by the discounts we have agreed upon. The end result is that you now have a client that is already pre-approved and ready to sell or buy or both.
Meet more buyers:
Let’s suppose you list one of our member’s homes. Can you imagine how many more buyers will inquire if you had a catchphrase in your marketing that says “NO MONEY DOWN, NO CLOSING COSTS, GUARANTEED BEST RATE." This is accomplished through our network of Mortgage Brokers who have agreed to these terms. You will receive many phone calls, and even if they do not want the house you are listing, you now have the opportunity to become their agent if they don’t already have one.
These buyers may not be Marquis Members which means you are not obligated to give them our discounts. This means you may receive the full commission. This could lead to more referrals because they might know someone else buying a house or wanting to sell.
