What if I do not like or do not feel the designated Realtor® or Mortgage Broker is doing a sufficient job?
That is a great question. Marquis only partners with the best available, however, we cannot control each brokers everyday habits. We have done a thorough screening of each broker from a business and ethical standpoint. But should you not click with your broker or feel he/she is not putting in the effort, we can replace them with another broker within our network. You must end any agency relationships with that broker and fill out a Complaint Form on our website. We will then match you with 3 others in your area and you can interview all 3 and choose the one you would like to hire. Of course, they still abide by the same agreements.

I am ready to use my benefits, what do I do?
Congratulations! Simply go to the HOMEOWNERS tab and select MEMBERS, fill out the basic questionnaire and submit. One of our Transaction Advisors will be calling you within 24 hours for a more detailed phone interview to collect all the necessary information to present to our affiliates. As soon as they accept the transaction requested, they will contact you and start the process.

I am moving out of state, will my benefits work if I do this?
As of now Marquis’ benefits are only available in Colorado. However, if you are moving out of state, Marquis will do its best to find a Realtor® in that state who will give our discounts. However, they must follow their state laws so your benefits may be modified. Of course if you are selling a house in Colorado and moving out of state, you will receive your discount on the sale in Colorado. As for the loan, many of our brokers can loan money in all 50 states.

I want to buy an investment property or second home, can I receive the same benefits?
Of course, all you have to do is register an additional property address and pay a one time $195.00 USD application and review fee for each additional property. You will also have to pay an additional $95.00 USD per property per year for your annual review. The property must be residential property.

I want to redeem my free resort stay, what do I do?
Hopefully you have already mailed in the voucher to Millenium Travel within the 21 day window. You can find these instructions in our Welcome Package. Marquis has no affiliation with Millenium Travel, only an agreement to purchase these travel certificates for our clients. You must follow the instructions on the travel certificate in order to redeem. Many of our clients have found it simple to redeem if you just follow the directions. Any questions should be directed to Millenium Travel. Look on your certificate for their contact information. Have a great time on your vacation!
