Is there any cost to become an affiliate?

No! Marquis just asks that you run our system properly and we do not charge a monthly fee or charge for any leads. We just ask that you pass those savings on to our clients and abide by our pre-negotiated terms.

 

Do I have to train my Marketing Staff?

No! Marquis will handle all of their training. We want you to focus on selling houses and closing loans. Simply get them to our office to see our business presentation, we schedule an interview and your job is done. It is encouraged to attend some meetings or have some of your own with your staff, just to let them know you appreciate what they are doing.

 

Do I have to pay my marketing staff?

No! That is our job. You will never be responsible for any compensation to your Marketing Staff members.

 

Will you put my information on your website or any public location advertising I am a Marquis Affiliate?

No! Marquis will keep your information confidential at all times. We do not want to portray you as a discount broker in the community. Therefore you are still able to conduct business the way you are used to, and charge whatever you normally charge to non-members. Even though we are not monitoring the transactions with non-members, we still expect you do business in an ethical fashion and charge reasonable fees, although we know they will be higher than what you charge a Marquis Member.

 

Do I get a list of Marquis Members so I can send them my marketing materials just to keep my name in front of them?

No! Marquis will be sending out newsletters and other promotional items quarterly. This is our responsibility. You should use your marketing materials to generate new business. Marquis Members paid for our service, they are not going elsewhere. There is no need for you to spend your marketing dollars on our members. We will take care of it on our expense. When they are ready to do something, they will contact Marquis, we will do all the legwork, and pass their information to you.
